We at Ping are thrilled to announce a milestone in our longstanding partnership with Microsoft that brings additional interoperability and security capabilities. Customers who have the Ping Identity platform along with Microsoft Entra ID can now leverage the new External Authentication Methods (EAM) feature to enhance security and streamline access experiences.
This strategic integration marks a significant step forward in our commitment to delivering frictionless security and user experiences to our customers. By aligning with Microsoft's external authentication methods, we enable organizations to fortify their digital landscapes with trusted and familiar authentication mechanisms.
At the heart of this collaboration lies a shared vision of efficiency and innovation.
The Ping Identity Platform empowers organizations to manage, secure, and govern any identity, enabling them to orchestrate exceptional user experiences while safeguarding users and resources. Leveraging Microsoft's External Authentication Methods, our platform enables organizations to seamlessly integrate Ping Identity’s MFA capabilities into the Microsoft ecosystem, enabling them to leverage their existing investments while delivering on the strengths of each solution. This includes the ability to easily build orchestration journeys with no-code, drag-and-drop visual flows to enable MFA, fraud detection, and even extend the passwordless capabilities to other legacy environments like VPNs and databases.
As we embark on this next phase of collaboration with Microsoft, we remain steadfast in our commitment to driving innovation and delivering tangible value to our customers. Together, we are shaping the future of authentication, empowering organizations to thrive in an increasingly digital world.
