The following cancellation policy shall apply to Ping Identity's live training classes (“Training”) that Ping Identity Corporation (“Ping Identity”) provides to a customer (“Customer”). For purposes of clarity, this policy does not apply to Ping Identity’s on-demand training.
- If Customer cancels a Training and provides Ping Identity with at least 7 days advance written notice of such cancellation, Ping Identity and Customer will work together in good faith to enroll Customer in a subsequently scheduled Training.
- If Ping Identity is required to travel to provide Training and Customer cancels Training, regardless of the advance written notice given, Customer agrees to reimburse Ping Identity for all non-refundable travel expenses that Ping Identity incurred as of the date of cancellation in connection with the cancelled Training.
- If Ping Identity is required to rent and/or purchase facilities, goods or services in connection with providing Training and Customer cancels the Training, regardless of the advance written notice given, Customer agrees to reimburse Ping Identity for all non-refundable costs or expenses that Ping Identity has incurred as of the date of cancellation in connection with the cancelled Training associated with the rental and/or purchase of facilities, goods or services.
- Ping Identity reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the date, time and location of Training at any time, including replacing personnel who may be scheduled to deliver Training with other personnel who are qualified to deliver Training.
- If Ping Identity cancels Training due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g. weather or natural disaster), Ping Identity will enroll Customer in a subsequently scheduled training. Ping Identity shall not be responsible for any loss incurred by the Customer as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.
