Challenge
Employees, agents and insured customers wanted a modern, uniform access via portals that contain all important information they need. The previous system required multiple passwords for each portal, and was complex and costly to maintain.

WWK has improved security and service to its employees, partners and customers. Notably, WWK was up and running with Ping in months, and has reported high degrees of satisfaction with the one-stop-shop for all of its audience’s various needs.
Objective
WWK is always striving to provide the highest levels of security and user experience for its employees, partners and customers. Its existing custom system was becoming complex and costly to maintain, and hindered innovation. Specifically, WWK wanted to establish SSO so its workforce, partners and customers could access all relevant information with one click and its existing system was unable to accomplish this goal.
