We believe having a diversity strategy is a business imperative. 2022 is a pivotal year as we set a multi-pronged strategy starting with building the foundation for our diversity efforts year-over-year. Ultimately, our goal is to foster a place of belonging for every Identian.
To support us in our journey we have partnered with premiere diversity organizations. Through these partnerships, we broaden our access to diverse talent in recruitment and also offer learning and resource opportunities to our employees.
Ping Identity was the presenting sponsor for Denver-based Girls & Science and featured female software engineers as mentors, gave STEAM career advice, and provided real-life scenarios on “proving your identity” to introduce and get young girls excited about careers in digital identity and cyber security.

Committed to promoting inclusivity as well as personal and professional growth of all genders and gender identities. We are building a community that promotes diversity awareness and fosters the development of female youth and women both within local communities and Ping.
Amplifying, celebrating, and supporting the voices of all LGBTQ+ Identians and allies—helping Ping to realize the full value of our community while also supporting our broader DEI strategy/imperatives.
