Ping Identity’s Approach to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)

At Ping Identity, we have a robust ESG program, spearheading initiatives that promote, protect and enhance environmentally sustainable business practices, impactful social change and responsible and ethical corporate governance.

Andre Durand Founder Chief Executive Officer

I believe the time has come for addressing inequities and inequality, lack of diversity and environmentally harmful business practices through corporate action. We should aim to make and be the change that we all say we want, and that we all know we need.

Andre Durand

CEO, Ping Identity

Key Highlights from the Report

Office Improvements

Retrofits of Ping Identity’s spaces throughout our Denver headquarters have incorporated numerous environmental improvements that reduce consumption of natural resources, such as motion-sensor lighting and BEVI machines.

Urban Beehives

Ping Identity’s Denver headquarters has two beehives on site that house over 40,000 honeybees. Along with many other properties in the downtown area and across the world, our building has partnered with Alveole to help the environment by increasing the number of pollinators in the area.

Data Security and Privacy

Security: We employ 24/7/365 monitoring on all production systems, and near-real-time reporting is in place to alert us to any issues.

Privacy: We have implemented a robust privacy program guided by the principles of the NIST Privacy Framework.

Girls in Science

Ping Identity is proud to announce that in partnership with CBS4 and The Denver Museum of Nature and Science, we’re working to increase interest and access to STEAM fields (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) for young girls throughout their early life stages.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

We launched seven new ERGs: Women of Ping, Ethnic & Racial Diversity, LGBTQ+, Young Professionals, Accessibility, Working Families, and Ping Community Cares.

Our Suppliers & ESG

We require certain vendors to provide information as to whether they are a minority-, women-, or veteran-owned business and whether they have anti-human trafficking, anti-slavery, environmental, anti-corruption, and anti-bribery policies in place.

We use this information to track the ESG efforts of our partners and determine whether and where we need to make changes to our policies.

ESG Oversight at Ping Identity

ESG at Ping Identity is overseen by our ESG Committee. Formed in 2021, this committee is cross-functional and consists of senior leaders and executives throughout the company responsible for providing expertise, guidance, and vision on our most important ESG matters and initiatives. The ESG Committee consists of leaders from within our security and privacy, product, DEI, legal and compliance, marketing and communications, human resources, facilities, and investor relations departments. The ESG Committee meets regularly to review and analyze Ping Identity’s ESG program and to spearhead new ESG initiatives.
