Thanks to all who joined us for Ping YOUniverse in London. We heard from customers, partners, Ping Identity experts, and Colonel Dame Kelly Holmes, a British icon. It was wonderful to bring together so many perspectives united by a passion for identity security.

Architecting Simplicity
Andre Durand, Chief Executive Officer, Ping Identity

Andre’s opening keynote was a great way to kick off Ping YOUniverse in London. He reminded us of the importance of ease, quoting Leonardo DaVinci: “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.” We loved seeing how painless it is to orchestrate exceptional user journeys with PingOne DaVinci, and the session left us feeling optimistic about Ping’s future with the PingOne Cloud Platform.

We also enjoyed Aubrey’s wonderful session with Hugh and Amit from the architecture team at Three Ireland. As winners of the Customer Experience Champion category of Ping’s 2022 Identity Excellence Awards, we knew Three would have a great story to tell. Thanks to the dedication of the Three team, together with expert support from Ping, they’ve now delivered single sign-on for all users, as well as improving stability, reliability, and user experience. This has resulted in a major uptick in registration and membership on their community board, 3Community, and a significant reduction in the volume of support tickets for their helpdesk.

Art of the Impossible? Amazing Omnichannel Experiences Powered by PingOne DaVinci
Rob Otto, Principal Solutions Architect, Ping Identity

Rob Otto kicked off the afternoon sessions with a technical session. He explored how PingOne DaVinci can unify and simplify experiences across a bewildering variety of channels—from mobile phones to big screen displays, in-store kiosks, smart petrol pumps, call centres, and airline check-in counters. The session gave us a glimpse into the future of how consumers will interact with the businesses and brands they love while also shining a light on how Ping’s research and development is working to define and deliver innovation.

Ping Identity Product Roadmap
Candace Worley, Chief Product Officer, Ping Identity

Next, Candace Worley gave a tour of the Ping product roadmap for the months ahead. She covered upcoming product releases and showed how to streamline access to cloud, mobile, SaaS, and on-premises applications across the hybrid enterprise. We enjoyed her comments on how Ping is aligning identity with real business needs and making life as simple as possible for end-users—whether they are employees or customers.

The Importance of Resilience
Colonel Dame Kelly Holmes, Double Olympic Champion

Another Ping YOUniverse highlight was Andre Durand’s conversation with Colonel Dame Kelly Holmes, where she shared the astonishing story of the adversities she overcame in pursuit of Olympic Gold. Her own perspective on identity was enlightening, and her bravery and positivity are an inspiration to us all. As she said to Andre: “Believing in yourself is so powerful.”

315 Trees Planted Thanks to PingYOU Attendees

Ping4Good has a goal to increase support for our tree-planting programme, which promotes reforestation, sustainability, and community employment in countries such as Rwanda, Peru, and South Africa. We pledged to plant one tree for each PingYOUniverse attendee in London and Paris. This means we will be planting 315 trees! A huge thank you to everyone who attended Ping YOUniverse.

Connection and Joy to Close a Fantastic Day

We wrapped up another successful Ping YOUniverse with a fun closing reception. Sharing drinks and great conversations with customers, partners, and new friends was an excellent way to end the day.
