Objective

VSP lacked an SSO solution that would allow clients to securely and easily log on to its web portal. In addition, the company required a solution that would lead to greater client satisfaction, longer visits to the site by users, and fewer login support calls. Although the project started with one large client request, the number of clients using SSO has grown to 20. The web portal sees roughly 6,200 SSO logins a month. The website has increased site “stickiness” as users stay on the site longer. In addition, PingFederate’s broad capabilities will help VSP add to its portal features in the future.
