Our Mission
At Ping Identity, we believe in championing every identity. We are committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment that ultimately creates a sense of belonging for all Identians. When we think about I&B, we think of it in its broadest sense, including—but, not limited to—family or marital status, generation, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, diversity of thought, ethnicity, race, language, geography, national origin, visible and invisible abilities, socio-economic status, veteran status and/or religion that make our employees unique.

We believe having an inclusion strategy is a business imperative. We have a multi-pronged strategy which starts with a strong foundation to support our initiatives and programming efforts year-over-year. Ultimately, our goal is to foster a place of belonging for every Identian.
Partners
To support us in our journey we have partnered with premiere diversity organizations. Through these partnerships, we broaden our access to diverse talent in recruitment and also offer learning and resource opportunities to our employees.
Community Spotlight
Ping Identity was the presenting sponsor for Denver-based Girls & Science and featured female software engineers as mentors, gave STEM career advice, and provided real-life scenarios on “proving your identity” to introduce and get young girls excited about careers in digital identity and cyber security.
Driving Change
Aligned with our business strategy, we’ve identified four areas of focus to drive change:

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
ERGs are an exciting way to get involved and open to everyone! They drive recruitment, improve retention and engagement of our Identians, and help foster a place of belonging for all.
Women of Ping
Committed to promoting inclusivity as well as personal and professional growth of all genders and gender identities. We are building a community that promotes diversity awareness and fosters the development of female youth and women both within local communities and Ping.
Ping Proud
Amplifying, celebrating, and supporting the voices of all LGBTQ+ Identians and allies—helping Ping to realize the full value of our community while also supporting our broader DEI strategy/imperatives.
Racial & Ethnic Diversity (RED)
Celebrating differences as strengths, not weaknesses, and empowering Identians to bring their authentic selves to work, especially for those with racial and ethnic backgrounds that are underrepresented in tech.

Ping Community Cares is committed to empowering Identians to be advocates for social impact and helping our global and local communities. Our ERG supports and encourages colleague-driven volunteering in the communities where we live and work.

We also have Communities of Interest for Identians to get involved in, including working families, accessibilities and veterans.
Helping Hands Day
At Ping Identity, culture is not a spectator sport, and neither is the support needed from our communities and the people in them.
