After entering a one-time passcode sent to his email, he is logged into his bank application.
Meanwhile, Sandy is trying to open a new checking account with bank.
During her registration journey, she is required to verify her identity by providing her email ID and agreeing with the TOS.
She is then asked to scan a QR code on her mobile device, which initiates the verification process.
She is prompted to scan and upload her government-issued identity documents using her mobile device and takes a selfie to complete the verification journey.
Sandy is also looking to delegate her account access to her teenage daughter with a restricted transaction limit.
For this, she goes through the dependent onboarding process, provides the necessary information driven by the policies and controls defined in DaVinci.
