Certificate display on screen in addition to the download as a file option

When we exchange certs with the vendor I will typically paste them into an email in their base64 encoded form (to avoid email scanners stripping out the attachment).
To do this with Ping you need to save the cert as a file, open it in notepad, then copy and paste the information. It would be nice if there was an option to just display the cert on the screen (to make it easy to copy and paste) in addition to the download option.

Add sorting to the Certificates page to easily identify about to expire ones

While we utilize the email notifications for about to expire signing certificates we also like to routinely validate to ensure none have been missed (which can happen in a large environment with multiple people using the tool). We do this by going into the certificate page and scanning through them, the ability to sort by the headings (specifically the expiration date) would make that a much easier process.

Can we add a notes field to the connection dialogs to track contact and connection details

Can you add a free text notes page to the connection dialog. For each connection we typically have an internal app contact an SP contact and then need to track notes on the integration (for example on connection X we use OGNL to uppercase the Name_ID because the SP is case sensitive on how it maps it)
The existing options of name and email don't allow us to track this data and we need to keep a seperate spreadsheet - adding a multiline notes field would allow us to document in the connection.

support for captcha

There should be a way to support captcha in Login page when user exceeds a configurable number of failed Login attempts.

Different values in attributes depending on adapter in a composite adapter

It should be be possible to set different values in saml attributes depending on which adapter they used to authenticate within a composite adapter. One example would be to send different values for a timeout url attribute depending on the user has used IWA (internal user) or WAM (external user).

Choices of Import CSR Response

Would be nice if you can choose between using a file or pasting the CSR Response into a dialogbox.

DB2 datastore support

Hi,

Would be neat if you supported DB2 as a datastore which you can collect attributes from.

Best regards,

Peter

Restart the Runtime nodes from admin console

It will be great, if we have an option to stop/start/restart runtime engine nodes(rolling restart and /or restart all)  which are part of a cluster from the admin console. This will help teams who have customization or multiple adapters deployment to restart easily without goint to the physical nodes to restart them expecially if they clusters accross data centers

Adapter Mapping UI page scrolling

Currently in Pingfederate the adapter mapping page just scroll back to the top after each mapping. The user will have to scroll all the way down to make changes and repeat it for each mapping attribute. It would be nice if we can have some mechanism in place where UI is brilliant enough to approximately scroll to last position.

Disable heartbeat to trigger load balancer to remove node from pool

In our environment I don't have access to the load balancer. To make things easier when troubleshooting a node, it would be nice to tell the ping node to no longer return OK on the heartbeat request so that a load balancer will remove it from it's pool.
