The Ping Channel Program and Becoming Delivery Approved
Our Channel Program is designed to incent our partners to grow their business leveraging Ping’s Intelligent Identity platform and the exceptional benefits it provides enterprises. We have worked closely with SiriusDecisions/Forrester to refine our program while focusing on the most important benefits that align with partner types—and putting these front and center. Benefits include financial incentives, sales, technical, enablement and marketing benefits progressing over four levels. We are also making increased investments in distribution and to GSIs.
Additionally, we are recognizing our global SI partners who invest the most in Ping by providing them an opportunity to earn a Delivery Approved designation to showcase their implementation expertise, skills and investment in Ping. This stringent new program is earned by maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction, proven specialization expertise and a commitment to ongoing certification requirements. As a result, our enterprise customers can find high confidence in the work our Delivery Approved partners provide around the world. The four tiers of this program recognize specializations and progressive benefits that complement our Channel Program levels, and they reflect a commitment to ongoing skill development, execution and customer success.
On the technology side, our Strategic Alliances partnerships enable collaboration between Ping Identity and top-tier technology companies to create integrated solutions that solve unique identity and access management (IAM) challenges, increase the effectiveness of existing IAM products, and take advantage of emerging technologies. Our technology alliance partnerships are critical elements of our success when meeting the evolving needs of the enterprise.
