The results of the latest Ping survey are in. And it's true...identity is at the core of digital transformation in the enterprise.
Survey respondents overwhelmingly agree that identity is the linchpin for digital transformation success, and they're increasingly standardizing on identity and access management (IAM) technologies like multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), access security and more.
According to the report, nearly all IT decision makers agree that IAM is important to the success of their company’s digital business. At the executive level, it tops priority lists and is seen as a strategic function of growth initiatives. Of the senior leadership teams who responded, 84 percent think IAM is critical to cloud adoption, 89 percent consider it critical to mobility initiatives and 81 percent think it's an important enabler of IoT initiatives.
Participants of this survey are IT decision makers in the U.S., the U.K., France and Germany who are responsible for overseeing technology deployments.
