Results By implementing PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) (formerly Forgerock), Partners established a centralized system where Single Sign-On (SSO) serves as the core functionality. Objective Partners Health Management aimed to provide personalized care for the whole person by integrating physical, mental, and social health data. The objective was to create a 360-degree view of member information to better serve the community. Challenge The organization needed to overcome administrative hurdles that prevented providers from focusing on individual treatment. Specifically, they required a solution that was easy to work with and could eliminate the burden of managing multiple passwords across different healthcare systems. Solution Partners selected PingOne AIC (formerly Forgerock). The implementation focuses on Single Sign-On (SSO) to allow providers to move seamlessly among applications. According to IT leadership, the primary advantage of this choice was its ease of use compared to other solutions on the market. Results The deployment has enabled a streamlined experience across the provider portal and various care applications. This efficiency allows providers to focus more on treatment and less on administrative tasks, ultimately helping Partners deliver more affordable and effective care to its members.
