Cloud Identity Summit 2013 Workshops Tackle New Models for Identity Security

Led by experts in the field from companies including Google, Microsoft, Ping Identity and Salesforce, the workshops will delve into and discuss new models for identity security and provide attendees with technical, actionable advice.

The two-day workshops are structured into four different types of sessions: workshops, bootcamps, interops and summits. Each is designed to provide in-depth education, training and hands-on exercises to help attendees develop greater identity security insight and hone their technical acumen.   •  MDM, MAM, MIM: From mobile device management to mobile application management to mobile information management. Learn how all of these pieces fit together to work in harmony for security and identity. 
  • API Security: API transactions are quickly becoming front and center. Learn best practices for securing APIs.
  • IDaaS and Identity Bridges: What is the next phase of identity? Experts discuss hybrid cloud, on-premises identity bridges and identity management as a service (IDaaS).
  • SCIM Interop: The System for Cross-Domain Identity Management (SCIM) protocol is the last best hope for crossing the provisioning interoperability chasm--for on-premises and cloud-based applications. 
  • OpenID Connect Interop: Is OpenID Connect ready for prime time? Check out the depth and breadth as participants demonstrate interoperability.
