As an identity professional, you know that there’s no one-size-fits all when it comes to implementing and managing your identity infrastructure. Enterprise initiatives are continuously evolving, applications encompass different requirements and standards, and your team has varying backgrounds and levels of expertise. Customers who are striving to most effectively utilize our products often turn to Ping trainings for a better understanding of how to best tailor and use our solutions in their particular environments.
But there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to training methods, either. That’s why we’re excited to announce the immediate availability of on-demand training for customers. This new eLearning program joins our suite of instructor-led training courses and offers additional formats for helping you realize success in your identity and access management (IAM) endeavors.
On-demand Learning for Customers Over the past year, we’ve worked diligently to transform our product-focused, instructor-led training courses for PingFederate, PingAccess and PingDirectory into online eLearning modules that can be taken on your own time, at your own pace. We began with a pilot program back in July 2018, and with over 800 individual courses completed to date, we’ve gotten excellent feedback. We’re confident that on-demand training will provide you with easy-to-access options for learning Ping products.

Introduction to PingFederate: This course covers basic administration tasks for PingFederate, including installation, management of administrative users and startup configuration.
