Recognition from peers is one of the truest forms of appreciation, so we were honored (and a bit humbled) this week to learn Ping Identity was named the Best Identity & Access Security Solution of 2017 in the 32nd annual SIIA CODiE Awards.
Ping's Top Grades in IAM Solutions
The awards program from the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), the principal trade association for the software and digital content industries, is the industry's only peer-reviewed program. It selects recipients based on evaluation by industry experts and represents the companies that are shaping the future by "producing the most innovative business technology products around the world."
We're proud and thrilled that the software community voted to recognize Ping's identity and access management (IAM) solution as "the best solution that enables the right individuals to access the right resources at the right times and for the right reasons."
Ping received high marks for a wide range of factors, including:
how well our IAM solution secures corporate resources from a variety of access points
the ease with which organizations can achieve efficiency and satisfaction goals
fast and easy implementation and established infrastructure integration
the overall robustness of Ping's tools
the solution's ability to easily scale up and down
We credit this to our unified, standards-based platform, with its capabilities such as multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, access security, directory and data governance, giving employees, partners and customers secure access to cloud, mobile and enterprise applications.
Ping garnered these top grades during a thorough review and voting process. The first-round review of all nominees was conducted by software and business technology experts with considerable industry expertise, including members of the industry, analysts, media, bloggers, bankers and investors. The scores from the expert judge review determined the finalists. SIIA members then voted on the finalist products, and the scores from both rounds were tabulated to select the winners. The full slate was announced during a special ceremony in San Francisco on July 25.
So here's a big thank you to everyone involved in the CODiE awards selection process. To learn more, check out Ping's official announcement.
