For the past five years, I've had the privilege of participating in the planning for the Cloud Identity Summit. What started off as a gathering of 250 like-minded identity mavens in the mountains of Colorado has indeed morphed into an identity revolution.
As the industry sits on the cusp of dramatic changes driven by cloud architectures, mobile devices and modern protocols, the upcoming summit July 19-22 in Monterey, Calif., holds great promise in defining what identity means for modern enterprises and Internet security.
The only missing ingredient is you. Today, my conference colleagues have posted a fast-moving video that drives you to the epicenter of the world's premiere identity gathering.
I can't encourage you enough to attend CIS. This edition brings together the previous four years of discussions and work, aligning it with today's computing landscape and vanishing security perimeters. It is the product of an elite collection of companies, organizations and individuals that have contributed more than 100 workshops and sessions, complemented by after-hours events and peer meet-ups.
The lineup of keynote speakers has already hinted at their presentations in a series of blog posts, and other presenters have set the table during a trio of podcasts. (links below).
If identity technology is deployed in your enterprise, on your roadmap, sketched on a whiteboard in your conference room, or new to your thinking, you need to be at the Cloud Identity Summit.
