In addition to the release of PingFederate 6.1 and PingFederate Express this month, Ping Identity shared other exciting news:
PingFederate 6.1 successfully completed Liberty SAML 2.0 interoperability testing. Ping Identity is the only vendor to participate in the last two out of three Liberty Interoperable full-matrix testing events. PingFederate has completed SAML 2.0 interoperability testing with more vendors than any other product in the Identity Management space.
Ping Identity joined SuccessFactors Technology Partner Program to help companies improve business execution and announced it has integrated its on-demand (PingConnect™) and on-premise (PingFederate®) Internet Single Sign-On solutions with SuccessFactors’ SuccessCloud™ to streamline access. Users can now login to their corporate domain, then directly access applications that integrate with SuccessFactors’ Business Execution Software Suite by simply clicking a link. No further authentication is required, minimizing login failures and password resets.
Ping Identity announced a partnership with ArcSight, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARST), a leading global provider of security and compliance management solutions that protect enterprises and government agencies, that will give organizations in-depth visibility into activity across traditional applications, IT infrastructure and cloud applications. ArcSight IdentityView and PingFederate will enable organizations to detect and analyze user activity on-premise or in the cloud.
Ping announced its participation in the Kantara Initiative’s eGovernment Work Group. The group will facilitate collaboration among Kantara members interested in eGovernment identity management applications and services.
